"the phlebotomist in the lab located in the physical therapy office was the best i've ever had! very easygoing, fun to talk to, and i didn't feel her poke at all. this is also the first time in years i didn't feel dizzy or sick after a blood draw. she asked if i would prefer a countdown or not, kept me distracted the whole time, and was very efficient. she is phenomenal!"

"This was my first ever visit to Premier Family Medical. This was the best Drs office visit ever in my life and I’m 60. I was treated like I mattered by everyone. It’s started by I think Brenda {sorry if that’s wrong} who answered my call a few weeks ago to schedule a physical. She spent time asking good questions so that I could make my choice for a new Dr. Without question the physical was thorough. I don’t mean in the examination way, but I left feeling like Kalare cared about me and my health. What a great experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks Premier"
"I really appreciate that someone answered my phone calls and I didn’t have to go through a long menu of options. Being able to make an appointment to be seen in a reasonable timeframe, was also greatly appreciated. The wait times in the waiting room and in the exam room were short. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Shane Hawthorne was very attentive and knowledgeable about my medical concerns. He was also very responsible follow up questions."
