"I would not recommend them to anyone. They never answer their phone. You can leave a message or send an email and they never get back to you. I have tried to call our sales rep directly and he never answers his phone either. When you order something it takes forever to get it. Our department ordered shirts and they put the wrong patches on them. We have received orders for other departments with our deputies names on them. Horrible customer service."

"As a cautionary tail…….. If you work for a LARGE agency on the Wasatch Front these guys will take great care of you, hell even Sk*** will take good care of you. If you are from a small agency and trying to purchase your own equipment (like some of the smaller County Departments in the State) you need to have ZERO expectations of getting any ordered equipment within six months to ever!!! I still have a duty belt on order from my part time agency and it was ordered June 2021. The worst part of dealing with them is they NEVER and I seriously mean NEVER answer the phone or return any messages left. Therefore you have to go in which in my case is a two hour trip one way just to find out nothing is in and has been back ordered for another month. I was able to order the same stuff online and even with shipping I saved a pretty good amount and it will all be here within 10 days. I just wish there was a place for all of the smaller agencies but it isn’t as lucrative or convenient so I doubt that will ever happen!!!"

"I was absolutely pleased with my recent interactions. I went in and was looking for a full new uniform set up as I was changing departments. I was able to get in and work with Tracy who was able to get me into all of the equipment and uniforms that I needed. I was needing at least one of the uniforms right away, like within a weeks time, and they promised me that the one would be done and they would see what they could do about the rest. I received a call a day earlier than what I was told and all of my uniforms were done. Now I know that this won't always be the case that they can rush that many items that quickly, however this time it was awesome. While they did have to order a few things in for me they are items that can wait a few weeks before I need them. Everything else that was essential was in stock and ready to go. Not to mention that I went to the "other" uniform store here in Salt Lake, you know the one, and their prices were higher on every item that I bought. It's great to get awesome service, product choices and be able to save some money while doing it. This is my new uniform/equipment store. Thanks Guys!"
