"I met with Wes, the PA. I was less than impressed with his bedside manner. He and his big ego he made me feel dumb for being there, tried to make my primary care physician look dumb for referring me, but in the same sentence says my Dr needs to stay in his lane. Then proceeds to tell me how thyroid cancer isn’t that big of a deal."

"Life happens. Needed surgery and had to cancel because of another surgery, I had on my ankle, a major surgery for that matter needed to cancel because I was in a splint, and because of work. They will not be understanding of any situation. Didn't understand there was a policy in place that if you have to reschedule 3 times they will not work with you. Incomplete pre surgery visit, didn't give full rundown of recovery process. Life has gotten tight financially. Couldn't afford to take a week off of work as and independent contractor. Dr. Hamilton then calls me and tries to lecture me over a review that he disagrees with. Personally I'm not going to get into with a doctor like that over the phone. They now expect me to want to reschedule after leaving a bad review. Dr. Hamilton is extremely unprofessional talked to me like I was a child and wasting his time. Personally there are other options that require less of a fuss."

"I had a very good visit!! Josh was the physician who helped me, and he was an active listener. He answered all of my questions, and waited to hear the whole question before talking. I am not used to my doctors listening without interrupting.... I am so thankful that I didn't have to battle for sound space this time around! The whole office staff was very nice, attentive, and I was seen quickly! I highly recommend going to this office if you need an ENT. They were so good, and I feel validated."

"We have been coming here for a few years now and we have never been let down. This time we came in and the PA that saw my son was Wesley. His bedside manner was awesome. He listened to all of our questions and was awesome with my son who was scared.. we recommend this office and the staff was kind! The only issue is that we walked into the building and the front desk lady slammed some masks down on her desk as I asked if we can have some masks. We sat at her desk for a few minutes before she got off of her cell phone to help us with the masks."

"I had a great experience! The front desk was very prompt in getting my appointment set up when I called in. When I arrived I was greeted by a pair of lovely receptionist who notified the P.A. that I was there. The nurse that escorted me back to the room was very polite. Josh Vance was the name of the P.A. I met with and he was AWESOME! He really seemed to know what he was talking about while explaining the surgery that I would need. I really appreciated the honesty of Josh as he let me know the truth about the recovery time. It really seemed like he cared enough about his patients to not just say a 2 week recovery time and be done with it and move on. Instead he let me know exactly what to expect each day and what to do to make the recovery easier for me. I was really thankful that he did that because it gave me a realistic expectation and that made the recovery way better. I was very nervous going into the doctors office but his personality and over all professionalism really made me feel comfortable. The front desk was able to get the surgery scheduled after I left the exam room. Doctor Hamilton was the one who preformed the surgery and my experience was just as great as the experience with Josh. I would highly recommend Revere Health ENT in American Fork. I have, and will continue to refer people to them because from start to finish it was a smooth and easy process."
