"The girl who was helping me had ear muffs I wish I would’ve asked for her name but she was such a SWEETHEART! I was returning some Christmas gifts and she was so amazing! She pulled up the items and attached the gift card to my account just in case if I misplaced it it's attached to my Alo account!! There was one item she couldn’t exchange because it was purchase online without account but she tried to resolve it on her computer for like a solid 15 minutes! She was so patient and so nice!! This is such a contrast from the customer service from Free People store upstairs! I still can’t get over how nice and helpful the people working at Alo are!"

"So excited to finally have a store in Utah! I was helped by an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly associate named Natalia and she walked me through the entire line of wellness products. She knew everything about the ingredients, benefits, uses, etc. and I think she created a monster because now I want to get all of it! Alo management should put Natalia in charge of the wellness products, she was incredible. Another associate named Nate was also really friendly. Can’t wait to return to this store for more of my fav products!"
