"I just loved when I enter this place, the girl at the desk is incredibly friendly and kind and doesn't treat me like a number! My therapist was patient while I blamed on and on and on about my children and my issues after a car accident from 25 years ago! And she seemed genuinely sincere... not just patronizing me! The facility is very conveniently located in the Lone Peak hospital next door to my PCP. It's a very comfortable environment and always super clean and immaculate! I'm sorry that I had to stop attending therapy for my own personal reasons... not at all because of anything related to the staff or the facility! I really appreciate everyone at RPT!! "Zane, you're unprofessional and rude and if you can't figure out how to do your job maybe you should find another one. Your customers don't deserve to be treated badly because you didn't do your job throughly or correctly. Your derogatory comments towards my mother are unnecessary and uncalled for. Take your issues up with the insurance company, not the customer who didn't do anything wrong. You guys should find another person to do your insurance claims who is competent and not an ignorant jerk who makes nasty comments towards your customers because he can't do his job correctly."
