"I understand it’s city creek and its DOWNTOWN and I know how is downtown I understand how they could be high alerted when people come in, but recently I went with my sister in law and I was looking for shirts in my size but I couldn’t find it so I was trying to fold it and put it back in its place that didn’t look right I guess lmao and there was two worker there a some guy with a beanie idk he looked easy to draw with a mustache and whole black fit and he would ask if we needed anything and I guess at some point he fr came up to me and her asking me if I was looking for anything and asked if I had the shirt I was looking and fr took me and her to go look at them and find them ig and this man fr assumed WE STOLE SOMETHING ?! Asking me where it’s at getting mad at the tube tops in the back of the stack of clothes we were looking at (which I didn’t know lol there was only one on top of that stack when we came but ig he assumed we did that) anyways he wanna looks and count them all and he really pulled out “security is on its way let me check inventory” and I’m like “TF??” Like 2 seconds later he said we were good to go . At least an apology would have been nice i was trying to be nice when he first approached us but he had some horrible attitude lol anyways tell your employees to check up on people more instead of assuming, I know how the area is down there and we just got a hi when we walked in and that’s it but the only time he check up if we were getting something was when he confronted us for literally nothing no apologies just second hand embarrassment for that man lol"
"Bought some sambas a half size too big for my boyfriend from Zumiez before the holidays and we wanted to exchange them for the right size. We had traveled states home by the time we got around to it and I realized I didn’t have my receipt with me. The employees at this store were amazing. One of them helped us find out how to exchange them and ordered a new pair to our address. I know shipping depends, but they literally showed up next day. Anyway, just came here to say the employees at this location were great!! Very sweet, helpful, and friendly! :) Thank you!"
"Super good service there greeted me as I walked in and when I asked to try the fitting room a employee suggested I tried on these other pants that I wanted to try on since they were doing a deal and the other employee who let me into the fitting room was very kind to be helpful in seeing if there were other clothes my size."
"very good customer service especially Brynley! She was very patient with me and just genuinely so kind. I appreciated it. This place does a good job."
"I visited this store while traveling for work in Salt Lake City. I walked in and visited the 50% off rack, like most customers when they are casually browsing, and found a pair of shorts I wanted. Initially I picked up the wrong size, and after looking through the whole rack, I found a pair in the correct size. I browsed the rest of the store to see if there was anything else of interest. I approached the register and asked to purchase the shorts. The associate scanned the shorts and informed me that they were not 50% off. I asked how that could be the case when there were multiple pairs of the same shorts on the rack. I asked to speak to a manager so the signage could be honored. Brenlee or Brenleigh (she didn’t have a nametag on) identified herself as the manager, looked back at my brown face, and then told me there was nothing she could do about the pricing issue - despite having just honored a pricing discrepancy for a customer that was not Black. It’s sick that I’m in 2023 customer service at stores in the mall have employees who include their racial bias in the work of scanning things and accepting money in exchange for goods. It’s also telling about this brand that they feel so confident that they can turn customers away at will"
