"Dr. Weaver and front desk help are wonderful, but, then there is the optician - Sharee|Charee|other spelling(?). She is SNARKY, CURT, CONDESCENDING, and just overall RUDE! She measured for the no-line bifocal, and completely screwed it up the pupillary distance and now I have new [expensive] glasses I can't use! I sense she did it on purpose, as she appears to be "one of those" type of people who wants to make your life difficult - for whatever reason. She didn't like the fact I inquired about what my insurance would pay as I asked her for an itemization...Clearly something that annoyed her! We will tell our friends & family to go elsewhere!"

"Dr Weaver was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk staff was also very helpful. The woman (Sharee??) that helped my daughter pick out her new glasses seemed annoyed and unhelpful. She made my daughter, and myself, feel uncomfortable as if we were a burden. Other than her, we love this office!!"

"This place is top-notch! I was warmly greeted when I arrived and quickly taken back by the medical assistant, to begin the exam. She was thorough, but quick, and very clear on her instructions! I was then seen by Dr. Ivan Russell and he was extremely friendly and professional. I felt confident in his expertise and examination of my eyes and what I thought would be an hour long appointment only took 26 minutes. I am so so so pleased!
