"I was just called in to demo the new appliance. I accepted to do this. When i got to see the Doctor. We discussed the newest appliance and discovered that I have been using the new one for over three years. Nobody looked into this before calling me. I lost out on two hours of work to make the appointment. To make things worse. My appliance was damaged slightly. And my wife called in 2022 to see if it was covered under any kind of warranty. the person she talked to said no. During my appointment the doctor said there was a three year warranty that had just expired. So apparently when my wife called it should have been covered. So not only I lost out on work they were not willing to warranty the product when we called while it was still covered. Good people to work with but this has been very frustrating."

Can't give 5 stars because value is part of a rating and the price ($3500 before insurance, $950 after for product or $1450 for product and services after insurance, incl. deductible) is just a lot. Price of my at-home sleep study was over $100, even if it counts toward my eventual purchase. Consultation is improved over years past, since they have displays that better inform customers of the problem and proposed solution."
