"Be prepared for awkwardness. I went in and the ladies in the front were a bit cold, not mean, but just, not very friendly. Once I finally got back to the waiting room, the wait was FOREVER and I know I was the only one in the office at the time, so I was miffed that I had to wait that long in the first place, especially since I had my 2 year old daughter with me. Dr. Youngblood finally came in, and sorta just sat down and stared at me. He just stared at me like I was air. I felt like I was a waste of his time. I finally engaged in conversation and explained why I was there, to see if I could get the LipoTron RadioFrequency on my face, and explained my reasons for that. After I was done, he continued to just look at me weird. It was literally dead silence for a few seconds after that. WEIRD! So, I asked him if there was anything else he wanted to know, just to break the silence and see if he could actually speak and sound like an intelligent doctor or something. He simply said that I had too much acne for the treatment and that I needed to try their 3 Step Skincare Program to remove the acne and clear it up before I came back. So I waited once again forever for them to bring back the samples, it was like he handed me the samples and shoved me out the door. He didn't offer me ANY other options, didn't ask if there was another area on my body I wanted treated, or if I wanted to schedule another time to come in. I walked out angry and upset. Even though their skin care product DID work on my face, and the acne is cleared up, I am NOT going back. Dr. Youngblood seemed rather apathetic at wanting to help people reach their goals. The only reason I gave them that extra star is because I do like their acne solution, cuz it did work very quickly and I did see excellent results, and I might go back just for that, but I'll probably just order online from their website because I really don't desire to enter their doors again."
