"De novo has really helped me get my life back. Every morning starts with a wonderful and happy interaction with Susan the receptionist, she’s an amazing soul. And although short, Jeff at the med window is always nice, fast, and professional. Once a week I meet with a great therapist named Steve. He awesome! He’s kind, relatable, and doesn’t make you feel like your issue with any addiction doesn’t define you as a person. I honestly love this place. "EDIT: Its been a year since my last review & I wanted to update it. I love this place and & the people. Jerry the owner is amazing & really cares about people & u can tell he wants the best for everyone. Susan, the receptionist, is so sweet & I love her!!! Shashena (I know I spelled it wrong sorry!) Is also so kind & welcoming, as is Diane who's been there for years. & Jeff the nurse who doses u is the kindest, bestest nurse ever & I hope he never leaves!!! It's so nice coming every day to people who are so kind & wonderful. It's unfortunate I had to come back again but I'm grateful there is a place I can come to again with no judgement who is there to help! Thank u for all u do there! "Denovo does NOT care about you and your recovery what they care about it $$ communication is horrible and when things go wrong the patient is blamed. They go through staff like people go through underwear. The building is so small that you will end up rubbing elbows with other people and privacy is a joke. Staff treats you like a number and are so disrespectful. I would say if you have other options of other clinics do that don't come to denovo."

"I have been going to DeNovo for the past month. I love the location being near home for me. The best thing about DeNovo in my opinion is that the entire staff are not only professional in conduct but they are friendly enough to make you feel at home.very comfortable environment setting. They also give you a confident feeling that you can be successful not only in treatment but in life . Also i don't feel like there are so many people going there that I'm just a ,number, not at all.
