When I call, I often get the main support line that tells me they can't help me, and when I do get through, it usually takes me calling several times before it gets resolved. Dr. Willardson is great, but it seems like they may just be too busy to handle followup items efficiently."

"Clinic intended for hospital staff but also open to the public. They are able to get me in for an ear infection super quick and the staff was super helpful and thorough. It was also super cheap considering that I’m waiting for new insurance to start and did not have coverage at the time of my visit."
