"This office is great. They are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The online bill pay get a a little finicky sometimes, but the office it’s self is top notch. We see Dr. Wang, and she is incredible. We appreciate how she listens to our needs, supports our family and really knows her stuff!"

"I called asking to get a doctors note due to not having a way there and feeling ill. The first call seemed to go well, they asked for my number and said they'd give me a call back. I get the call back after an hour or so of waiting (mind you, I was on a time crunch to get this note before 3:30pm when I had tk be there for my shift) I get the call back asking what was going on with me and that they needed to talk to Dr. Wang. That's cool, what was going on for the hour I was waiting? They say they'll call back, another hour passes by and I get no call. I call them back and they asked me what was wrong, I explain what was wrong. They put me hold, I sit on hold for 5 minutes, I hear the phone be picked up and it hangs up on me. Another 15 minutes go by and I'm already late for work doing the best I can to explain to my manager what is going on while being sick. I finally get a call back, they ask for my email, I give it to them. They say they'll send me an email momentarily and hang up. I never received email. Thanks. Do better please."

"I've been going here for over three years and: 1. The waiting area is never jam-packed full of people. I believe this is due to them limiting the number of people the doctors will take on as patients (which I think is a good thing). 2. The administrative staff is always courteous and attentive. 3. The nursing staff is knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. 4. The doctors I've worked with listen, are easy to talk to, and have provided great advice and prescriptions that have dramatically improved my quality of life. 5. I've never had a problem of any kind or an issue with care, prescriptions, advice, paperwork, or insurance. All the way around, I couldn't be happier."
