"I was in a desperate need to get into therapy. I did a consultation with a therapist. Then they booked my apt. The therapist was supposed to call Wednesday and she didn’t. Then the next week she was supposed to call. She didn’t so I called to ask why she didn’t call they called and confirmed it with the therapist and said we were good to go. She again didn’t call. They said it’s because they didn’t have the intake forms completed but no one sent me the forms or asked me the questions they needed to make sure I could move forward as a patient. I was in a crisis and they let me down several times and were extremely unorganized and flaky."
