"My son was a client of Catalyst for three years. When he started, he was mostly nonverbal. A previous company we’d used was not as involved in making sure his programs were at the same speed he was, but Catalyst adapted to his rate of growth and change which was often! He’s a totally different kid now, with more words than ever and more ability to redirect his emotions and behaviors. Autism is tricky, but Catalyst was always up for the job. The therapists we had over the course of three years were the most kind, loving and patient people I’ve ever met. "My daughter attended their program and at first it was great. But they started to show their true colors and I was very disappointed. Not only were their staff either late constantly but they allowed their staff to call 20 to 40 mins before a session and cancel. If as a client I were to cancel the amount of times they did I would of been punished. But they don't value your time, only theirs. I had one staff come late every day for months. And than another staff call and cancel 5 times in 2 and a half week period. And to top it off the manager meg canceled 2 of our meetings that SHE requested only 30 mins prior to the meeting both of which my husband had to take work off.. her excuse was that she was running late. She has very poor time management skills and so do her staff. If you're looking for a company that value your child's and your families time PLEASE look else where. Their communication is horrible and their staff is very manipulative. We had ONE staff member who was amazing her name is Bradley. She went above and beyond for our daughter. We will always love Bradley."
