"This Senior Clinic does not really exist, even though their business has been around for years. There is one doctor only. There is no other medical staff working there. The only people allowed to see the one doctor are those who have critical needs. All other patients are diverted to the regular Murray Clinic. That medical staff has no knowledge or experience with geriatric medicine nor the requirements of a Medicare Advantage insurance. Because I requested a yearly wellness visit that is required by the insurance, I was informed I was too healthy to see their one doctor. I am tempted to declare their Senior Clinic a bait and switch scam to manipulate more business for their regular Murray Clinic. UPDATE: This post is not for the benefit of the clinic or to elicit help for me. I have reached out to Patient Experience/Patient Help for the last month and a half. This is how I discovered this Senior Clinic is not real. This post is for other Seniors. I want to warn them to steer clear so they don't end up with a mess like I am experiencing."
