"Great people and great service. Now why did i remove 3 stars. Well when you call in, you can NEVER get a real person, their phone systems are set up so you never talk to a real person. Like I need to talk to someone NOW i cant wait 2-3 business days for someone to answer me when im sick now."

"The wait times are absolutely horrible. I only have one business day off a week and work all day. It's hard to make an appointment quickly because of my schedule. Despite making appointments for early morning, hoping to be the first person for an appointment, I still wait up to 1 hour. Sometimes, it's longer. Completely overbooked. I understand other people have different medical needs, but to wait 1 hour(+) to see the doc for 5 minutes is frustrating."

"Had an appt. on 1/5/24 for a shoulder problem and was sent to get an x-ray. The problem continued and has gotten much worse. Never did hear back about the x-ray either. Ended up after two weeks of severe pain finally getting in to get an MRI on 1/14/24, was told they would be getting back with me later that day, or by the 15th. It is now the 15th, and still waiting to hear. We’ve been going here for years, but their quality, lack of caring and compassion has really gone downhill. To me you’re just a number here, and to open your wallet. On a positive, I was impressed with their physical therapy unit. We will be looking for another doctor, tired of the run around at this place."

"They sent me home with an ectopic pregnancy two times. Aaron Pope from Spanish Fork and the ultrasound technicians from Salem revere health let me down. Do not go to this place for your health, they will mess it up or lie to you about it to get you out of there office."

"Very disappointed about the care I have not received. This used to be the best place to get medical treatment but since my doctor has left, this has gone down hill. Dr. *** has not contacted me about my results from my MRI. I can read it but as far as communication. It is like crickets. They want us to use the my health portal and message but yet to receive a message back since of last week. So disappointed."
