"The service I experienced was borderline cruel. The front desk smirks as they have no regard for you or your needs. They look at each other proudly as if it is a contest to treat patients with no respect. They don't even ask "How are you doing?" Saying "I'm sorry" when they can't accommodate a request would go a long way and would be appreciated. If you can get past their lack of humanity, then the doctors are good."
