"After dealing with SO many doctors it’s so refreshing to deal with a team that truly cares and wants to help you. They were great at explaining the process and how everything will work they answered all of my questions and were so compassionate. The only thing that kind of bothered me was the wait. I waited almost 50 minutes and someone who came probably 20 minutes after I did went ahead of me. I totally understand that they are so busy and handle a ton of patients but an explanation or an update would have been nice. But again, it’s not a huge deal and it was definitely worth the wait. Everyone was really kind and wonderful to work with."
