"Was not at the appointment, My sister was. Appointment for my 90 year old Father. Dr. Callister treated my Father like a child, wouldn't believe him when he said what made his fingers numb. Dr. was very short and snippy, wouldn't listen to his own PA who was trying to go over previous tests. Said he didn't have patience for that. Wouldn't listen to my Father. Said he didn't know what to do to help but would do surgery. Strongly recommend staying away from Dr. Callister. Pompous, egotistical, and unprofessional."

"Dr. Terry Finlayson was fine with my son when he fractured his elbow, the staff on the other hand, was not. When I called the first time to make an appointment I was on hold for 22 minutes. The gentleman that put the cast on seemed very irritated with my son's questions (he's 9) by the time he was done, he just said we were done and left the room. No one gave us any guidance on care or anything like that. A week later, I called 3 times to ask a question and was on hold for 8-12 minutes with no one answering. I have yet to talk to someone because I am not able to stay on hold for long periods of time."

The staff that I have had the opportunity to come to know have been friendly caring and generous about my surgery before and still impressing after. Doctor Bachison and his assistant Brett Dille have awesome skills and knowledge. You're in great hands here."

"My experience was awful! Do not go here if you can help it. My daughter was 4 yrs old and broke her tibia. We were referred to Dr. Terry Finlayson, who by the way we have still yet to meet. He sent in his assistant, who had our daughter casted, told us she would be in the cast for 4 weeks. We made an appointment for 4 weeks later to get her cast off, and 2 weeks later they called to reschedule because Dr. Finlayson had an emergency (2 weeks in advance?). I was also informed at this time that she may be recasted...wait what??? No ever said anything about being recasted, in fact his assistant told us she could start swim lessons a few days after getting her cast off. I asked to see another doctor and got the run around from their office and treated poorly, even yelled at. It wasn't until I called and requested her records to take her some place else that anyone was helpful. We finally got an appointment with another doctor, but when we showed up they acted like they didn't know why we were there, and told me Dr. Bachinson wouldn't take our insurance! Isn't that something they should have checked before I hauled our 4 yr old over there? I then requested her records, just to be told that the lady that does that wasn't there and they sent me to radiology to x-rays and the emergency room for records. Radiology went fine, but when I got to the emergency room, they sent me to the third floor to medical records. They couldn't even give me directions to the right places to get records! It has been a compete joke trying to get this office to help my daughter! Do NOT go here whether you are referred or not!!!"

"I had a tibial plateau fracture several years ago and was a patient of Dr. Neil Callister. Overall, I was not pleased with the level of care or service. Appointments were very brief and questions were treated almost like an annoyance. The answers that I received were vague, almost brusque. There was not a lot of information given at each appointment about progress, what I could expect, etc. Once I got the go-ahead to bear weight on my leg, I didn't go back. And the fact that they never called to ask why I didn't didn't go back for my follow-up appointment confirmed my feeling that I was a number and not a person."
