"I had a kidney stone that was excruciating and very painful and unbearable and while I spent 3 days in the hospital due to being very sick from it. Dr. Tyler Christensen Urologist at Ogden Clinic removed the kidney stone and treated me for infection and today i had the stent removed and I feel so much better due to being under his care, I was in the greatest hands of care during surgery. Penny is also awesome and the staff is way awesome and I am grateful I was in the best of hands and highly recommend Dr. Tyler Christensen to anyone and my family and friends, who are suffering from kidney stones or kidney problems. You will be in the best of care with Tyler Christensen. Overall Amazing and Awesome! Thank you Dr. Christensen for taking good care of me, I was in the best of hands and Thank you to the staff of Ogden Clinic for being amazing. "Dollars over patient well being! I recently had the misfortune of being referred to this place by my regular IHC doctor because of a mass found on a CT scan that they are concerned might be cancerous. When I arrived they had trouble checking me in because they said they had sent a $634 bill to Bonneville collections that I owed them from back in 2019. I have been fighting Bonneville for collections from an identity theft case and I spoke to them about what they had in their systems for me. There was nothing showing from Ogden clinic, so why are they saying I owe them? I told them I would pay them directly if that's what it took for me to get in to see the doctor and they refused because they say they can't take payment since it was turned over to collections. I'm not going to pay a collection agency for a debt they don't show I owe, but when I offer to directly pay the business that says I owe them and they refuse, where is the logic there? I have nothing but good things to say about the staff doing the checking in but as far as the administration side of this business they are the worst and care absolutely nothing about the well being of patients coming to them for help."

"I have gone to this urology department for years. Had a surgery with Dr.Christensen, whom was amazing. I needed to go back for a chronic condition and since it had been a while, I had to see the other doctor, or rather his PA, saw me. We came up with a plan and they said if I had issues after the enacted plan, to call. So I opened a chat over the portal, since I had issues again. A nurse called me and said that they want me to do a test that I had done before and was not warranted in this case. I simply said I would prefer a different course of action. I never raised my voice, never used profanity, never used demeaning language of any kind. I just didn't agree with her. She said she would talk to the PA again and call me back. INSTEAD, the PA called me back and said I could talk to staff that way. Um, what way? I only wanted an alternative to treatment, it was nothing personal. I tried to tell her i was not rude in any way, i couldnt get a single word out. Apparently not agreeing with her sent her into a fit of tears! How? Instead of working out an alternative plan for treatment, the administrator told me that no provider there would treat me and I would need to find care elsewhere. Are you kidding me? Never have I ever been treated in this manor when I was never rude/swore/raised my voice. Although I love many doctors there in different departments, I am beyond blown away by this incident. And totally upset by it. So the person going thru a personal tragedy has to agree with treatment that was not on their own proposed list or be booted from the department. Never has something like this happened ever to me. Devastated."

"You are better off trusting your Healthcare to the taco time across the street. Incompetent staff from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. These guys are quick to take your money, but hit you with smoke and mirrors when you call out their mistakes."

"Could not have been treated any better than I was, not just by Dr. Christensen but also his staff. Dr. Christensen has a great personality that helps put you at ease yet he is so knowledgeable. I have been having lots of problems with no answers from my previous urologist. I left Dr. Christensen's office knowing exactly what his plan for me was and what to expect. There aren't enough stars to give him the rating he deserves. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for the very best urologist possible."
