"I had a great experience seeing Dr. Lambson at this location. He spent a lot of time helping me understand my injury and the ways it could be helped. He listened to all my concerns and I really appreciated his knowledge, kindness and expertise in treating my injury."
"I had a great experience here, I felt like he took more time to explain things, even helped me check with my insurance about the out of pocket cost before I decided to try a new boot, lucky for me it was fully covered, I would definitely recommend to family and friends."
"Dr Gordon Stock was very unprofessional, unkind, and arrogant upon our first meeting. I was very uncomfortable and appalled by his attitude and comments. I would NEVER go back to him. However, I met with Dr Slater after and voiced my concerns. He took good care of me and gave me a referral for another surgeon."
"I went through a full knee replacement and some shoulder therapy with this facility. They were great from the receptionist to the doctors and nurses. Hardly anytime in the waiting room. I had some complications with the surgery (no fault of the Dr.) And they were very attentive and concerned. One of the best experiences with a medical office I have had."
"I had a very poor experience at this Revere Health Orthopedics office. I knew I would be paying the entire visit out of pocket, so before scheduling an appointment, I called their number to ask the price for self-pay. The receptionist told me that if I just talk to the doctor and do not receive any form of treatment, the appointment will be $40. Happy, I booked an appointment. I showed up early, like they request, to fill out paperwork. Once I turned in the paperwork, the receptionist told me that since I am self-pay, the visit will be $100. I told her that I called last week and was told it would be $40. She said that whoever I talked to obviously did not know their pricing because the price of a visit without going through insurance is $100. Frustrated, I clarified that the total price is $100, nothing more. She stated yes, this visit is $100. Reluctantly, I paid and sat back down in the lobby to wait. 10 minutes later, I was called back into a room that was freezing. The tech apologized, explaining that the heat does not work in the room (my appointment was in March). After asking some health history questions, he said that the doctor is just finishing up with another patient and will be in soon. 10 minutes go by... then 20 minutes.... then 40 minutes... then, finally, after sitting in that room for AN HOUR (with no one coming to update me on how long it would be), Dr. Taylor comes in, hurriedly introduces himself, and asks what was going on. I have had knee pain for the past 4 years, so I began to tell the story. Throughout me describing the purpose of my visit, Dr. Taylor frequently looked down at his smart watch. Then, at one point, he began to read a message he received. It was at that point I knew he wasn't listening so I stopped talking. Once he realized I had stopped talking, he asked me to do a series of stretches and exercises and promptly stated that I have a really bad case of runner's knee. He said the best thing to do would be physical therapy, wrote me a referral, and left. The entire time spent with him was 10 minutes. 2 weeks later, I got a bill in the mail for an additional $86 dollars that I owe!! According to the bill, the entire out-of-pocket visit was $186, however they only collect $100 up front, which is not what the receptionist told me. This office is not transparent with their pricing, and Dr. Taylor was very unprofessional. I emailed the patient advocate email about 2 months ago explaining the situation, and never got a reply. Today, I got a message saying my bill has been sent to collections with an additional $22 charge with no explanation of what the charge is for."
