"My recent visit to this location left me disappointed. I went in hoping for a thorough blood panel to address my fatigue and health concerns, but the doctor insisted on just a basic test, brushing off my request for more in-depth analysis. I wish I had pushed harder, but honestly, it shouldn't have been necessary. The real frustration kicked in after my blood work. I was promised my results within 24 hours, but 2 weeks later, still nothing. Despite three follow-up calls, each time I was told it was a high priority and would be sorted ASAP. Yet here I am, feeling like my concerns aren't being taken seriously. It's frustrating and feels like they're dropping the ball on something that should be routine. I've called, and the test results have been 'in' for almost two weeks. The only requirement for Dr. Ngatuvai is to review and sign it off so I am able to view the results. I know he may not care that much, but I do. And two weeks for blood work that is available within 24 hours is a little ridiculous."

I was charged $100 to be told "this is probably in your head, but I can order tests if it will make you feel better." No thanks. I went to a different doctor who took my concerns more seriously. It turns out there really was an issue, and I am now doing much better."
