"First- my long-term review. Dr. Gary Miller and his PA Rob Wollenzien are outstanding! In fact, too good! Everybody wants them and it can be hard to get in. Now, for a single incident review. Today, my wife had an allergic reaction to an OTC cough medicine and broke out in hives. When we called to either get an appointment or a prescription from Dr.Miller, we talked with “Christy” who sets appointments. When we couldn’t get a same-day with Dr. Miller or PA Wollenzien, Christy started “working the angles” to get her scene somehow. It almost felt like we were family members with an “inside connection.” Ultimately, we decided to just have a message sent to our doctor, who would review the situation and either direct us to an urgent care or just send in the prescription. Christy took detailed notes, which she carefully clarified. Most impressive was her considering the potential progression from an allergic reaction to anaphylaxis and asking about any breathing issues- very sharp. The prescription got sent in and it’s all good now."

"The receptionist should get 5 stars, she was great! The MA was impatient and you could tell she did not want to be working on a Saturday. But that wasn’t the surprising part, what surprised us was the fact that they couldn’t provide the needed services. After seating us in the treatment room which held numerous machines, IV poles and even a bag that read “IV bags” on the side of it. The on duty PA told us that IV fluids could not be given because there wasn’t a nurse working that day, but we could go to the ER to get some. But wait, isn't that the whole point of going to the urgent care - to keep the ER open for emergencies? When you look on Revere Health’s website it says the urgent care is … “for illnesses requiring immediate care, but not serious enough for the ER.” So does this only apply on the days a nurse is working or available in the building? We were also told we could go to the IHC urgent care because they have a nurse on staff. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I guess we’ll take them up on their suggestion and try IHC if we have any urgent care needs in the future."
"We came here to get stitches for my daughter after she fell and her chin was cut open. They were able to call her back quickly. My daughter was very anxious and everyone helped her be comfortable. She even said after it was all done that she liked the doctor and she was able to talk to him. We felt like they went the extra mile and were very happy we came to this location."
