"I was pretty bitter & angry over getting cancer to begin with, so I wasn't in the best of spirits. However, the entire staff throughout my whole process were amazing. They were ALL so positive, compassionate & understanding. I truly felt like they became more "friends" rather than a normal patient/staff relationship. Because of them and the level of comfort/support they provided me, they made my entire treatment more bearable. I cannot rave about them enough! Although it's not a "normal" customer service situation and people don't choose to get cancer, I want people to know that the level of service they provide will help you emotionally. These are amazing people, and I am forever grateful that I had such a positive experience with them. They definitely made my situation more tolerable, and I became more positive because of their treatment throughout. If you have the unfortunate diagnosis of cancer, I highly recommend Norman Regional. Or at least feel confident that you will be treated so well. I cannot thank them enough, and I hate that I cannot remember every single staff member's name that I worked with because they all deserve personal recognition. ♥️ Thank you guys for everything you did for me!"
