"We've been here twice now. The 1st time our primary was out of office and we were told to call and make an appt here, which we did. However, once we showed up we found out they messed up the appt and it was made for 3 days later than we were told. But we were able to get in an hour and a half after showing up. We made an appt for today ahead of time via the website and were seen quickly. My son has been sick for about 2 weeks and just could not get better. He was tested for flu, covid and strep... once we found out what it was he was prescribed antibiotics and hopefully he'll feel better soon."

He did a thorough review of my extensive medical history, reviewed all meds and why I take them, and treated my horrible respiratory infection. I dragged myself in and felt better when I left having a plan going forward. Three days later and I’m on the mend from a month long illness. The facility is beautiful. I interacted with 5 staff. At entry to direct me, registration, nurse and X-ray. Each one was friendly and professional. The location is a few miles from my house so I’m thrilled to transfer my care to Norman Regional Nine!"
