"I don't recommend using Revere Cardiology at any location. Their office is unorganized and difficult to work with, gives different answers depending on who you talk to, and appointments are scheduled so far out that whatever issue you are dealing with may no longer be relevant by the time you get in. They don't give you results to your tests or follow up even when they tell you they will. They have digital check in but it doesn't work, I used it and then sat and waited for a long time only to later find out they thought I had no showed and have them eventually manually check me in. Another appointment they set for me at a different location and the reminder texts didn't specify so I went to the wrong location and the best they could offer was letting me meet with an assistant to get the results of the 3 months worth (and lots of $) of tests I had done or schedule a new appointment 3 months out with the actual cardiologist because it would take me 15 minutes to drive to the other location and they only give a 15 minute window for the appointment. Waste of money and time to try to get answers or results from this company."
"This office has poor communication with patients. I've had trouble in the past with not hearing back from the scheduler, and not receiving information about tests or other follow-ups that were supposed to be ordered after appointments. I usually end up having to call them to follow up after I wait a couple weeks without hearing anything. Today, I called because I have a form that needs to be signed by my cardiologist, and wanted to see if there was a way to send it virtually, which is an option many providers have. The receptionist told me the only way to get it signed was to fax it if I really couldn't bring it in, or bring it to the office. I drove over on my lunch break, at one in the afternoon, only to find that they were closed halfway through the day! This should have been mentioned to me on the phone, especially when that information wasn't made available anywhere besides a sign on the door. I talked to the person at the hospital front desk who was just as confused as I was, because their hours are 9-5pm. They hadn't communicated to anyone that there would be an early closure today, and according to the sign, they weren't just on lunch. I'm still stuck with the form that I need to get signed ASAP, and left frustrated by yet another lack of communication from their staff. I called the number on the sign on the door and it just said to go to the website and use the contact option there. I went to the website, where I was going to submit this as private feedback, but the contact form doesn't actually allow you to submit anything, so now it's a public review."
"Dr Paulson is great and has been absolutely wonderful to work with! But, the front desk needs additional training. They don’t notify you of wait times when you come into the office. Two appointments ago was an over 2 hour wait time when I came in and I wasn’t notified. This last appointment was over a 1 hour wait time and I wasn’t notified again. I totally understand waiting, but would appreciate the staff being trained on updating the wait time board and notifying on check in."
