"I am a 65 year old male resident of Syracuse, Utah. This past December I had a full-knee replacement surgery on my right knee. I chose Rock Run Physical Therapy in Syracuse, Utah to be my Out-Patient Physical Therapy Team because when I called to check them out, they seemed very pleasant and also because they were only about 10 minutes from my home. The staff at Rock Run was excellent! Brenda, Bailey, and Brittany and the rest of the crew were pleasant as could be and very skilled. They have a nice setup at their office. It is very professional with all the equipment necessary to perform physical therapy. The joking comment that PT stands for physical torture, was not the case at Rock Run! Oh yes, some stretches were a bit taxing, but never to much so as to hurt me. My insurance approved 12 visits under the title of Rehabilitation. My standard routine was going in two days a week. The last couple weeks of my therapy dropped down to one day a week. The routine usually started with a hot pad around my knee for 15 minutes and then they would gradually work me into doable exercises to help me with the straightening and bending of my knee. Each visit lasted anywhere from an hour to an hour and 45 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Each day would usually end with a cold compression wrap around my knee to cool down for about 10-15 minutes. In my case Sciatica and Hamstring issues began to hinder my progression somewhat. The staff had exercises and treatments for those problems as well. They were willing to do all they could regardless of what it took to get those problems dealt with as well as keep my knee's progress going. Rock Run has some State-of-the-Art equipment as well as a very convenient Phone App to help you keep track of your exercises and what you're accomplishing. They send you text and email reminders during the week of your next appointment and they also remind you, before you leave each visit, when your next appointment is. I made some good friends there. When you're going through physical therapy, the Staff gets very involved with your well being. You can't help but consider them family. I will not forget and will forever be grateful to the Staff at Rock Run PT Syracuse for all they did for me. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much. - Todd Deitrick"
"Brenda, Bailee and the team were amazing in helping me recover from a herniated disk. They were kind, insightful and I really felt like they cared about my treatment. After going through their program, I feel confident in resuming my daily activities. I would recommend Rock Run to anyone that’s serious about healing and looking for the best team."
"I recently got into a car accident and messed up my neck. I decided to go here due to all of the good reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Brenda and Bailee are so genuine and caring. Honestly, the whole staff is the sweetest! They really listened to my needs and adjusted the workouts around them. Now I can turn my neck without any pain! Thank you, Rock Run Physical Therapy; you guys are the best!"
"The team at Rock Run PT in Syracuse was great. I was referred to them by the VA Community Care system. On my initial visit they laid out outcomes following my knee replacement. The staff stayed focused on my outcome from the first visit to my last visit. Brenda & her team pushed, inspired & motivated me during each visit. They explained each exercise & more importantly the “why” each exercise was important for my recovery. The VA authorized 21 visits for my rehabilitation plan. Each visit was good & little by little they added additional exercises. I highly recommend this location for your PT needs."
