"I went to this location on 8/16/22 at 1PM. I have a two year old toddler and 5 month old infant and I was just trying to have a fun outing with my babies at Liberty Park. After we were done at the splash pad and before we went to the Tracy Aviary I thought it would be nice to grab her some lunch things like a slurpee and lunchables so we could have a picnic in the park since we were going to be at the park for a few more hours and it was lunch time. It was a HUGE MISTAKE going to this location. We have a rule at my house that there is no yelling in front of the babes. I naturally assumed that anyone with any sense of decency - especially in a business setting would not yell in front of smaller women with BABIES with them. The employee of this establishment called out one of the other patrons over a slurpee- yelling at him that it was not “free slurpee day” and started yelling at him to get out, even after the gentleman offered to pay for the slurpee and a piece of pizza. The overweight older white gentleman was acting totally inappropriate in front of babies - and I wouldn’t even go in there with small children. This is not an environment I would subject much family too - ever again….sooo much yelling…. Over something so insignificant as a slurpee on a day that was in triple digits. It didn’t ruin my day as my babies luckily have very short attention spans and memories - and we continued on to have fun at the Tracy Aviary, but it was a TERRIBLE experience since they are both so small they were afraid and confused while we were in that 7/11 - the patron who was going to buy the slurpee even told the employee he was yelling in front of children and gestured at me and my babies and the employee just kept yelling. I will save my money and go to a different location from now on - or pack a picnic prior to going to the park - and hope it doesn’t spoil since we do drive a bit to get to Liberty Park. UNPROFESSIONAL and INAPPROPRIATE employee!!"

"Visited the store on 4/11/22 around 6pm. I sent my son in with my debit card, the middle eastern cashier accused my son of stealing. I had to go in the store to prove him wrong. All he could say is sorry after all the drama he created, including him threatening to call the police. I had no problem waiting for the police if that was going to happen. I told him off, he had nothing to say for himself. I'm never going in there while he's a cashier, he's lucky he didn't lay a hand on my underage son. That cashier is a lawsuit waiting to happen!"

"A Clerk that goes by HASSAN is constantly accusing customers of color of stealing. Or he’s aggressively yelling at customers. I’ve seen numerous times. Most time I’ve visited this location. I’m always accused of being someone he knows and has been accused of stealing. Not sure what this mans issue is but this location would be a better place without him."

"My husband and I had been running at Liberty Park one night and stopped at this store for water and I needed to use the restroom. While I was in the restroom the Indian clerk started yelling at my husband that he knew him and to get out. I heard commotion and was frightened to death. My husband by far doesn’t come across as trouble except that he’s Mexican. This was clearly factored by hate."
