"I will never go to another doctor to help me with any foot problems again. Doctor Jones was so kind, calm, and thorough. I was in so much pain Sunday night I decided to fill out a couple appointment requests and whoever could get me in first was where I was going. Monday morning 10 mins after they opened I got a call trying to follow up with me for an appointment. They had an appointment the next day. So appointment request Sunday night and was seen Tuesday morning."

"I visited Dr. Jones with a great toe that had been injured (split) several decades ago. I had grown tired of dealing with a toenail that was difficult to trim and that frequently grew inward. The pain and infections were more than I wanted to continue dealing with. I chatted with Dr. Jones and discussed options; there was only one: toenail removal. I've been through this procedure before and didn't especially relish the idea of revisiting the surgery, but I was pleasantly surprised! The procedure was essentially painless and I've not suffered in the six days since. Dr. Jones is a most satisfactory Podiatrist and I would not hesitate to recommend him for treatment, follow-on care, and discussions on any foot problem you might experience. His friendly, professional demeanor and confident style marks him head and shoulders above other podiatrists!"

"Dr Richard Jones, was fantastic and took over an hour helping me to decide about surgery another podiatrist was pushing . He assured me surgery could wait and try PT first since my ankle hasn't hurt for 3 weeks. That would be the reason to be pushing surgery. I have done so much research before this and surgery should always be last. Before slicing into an ankle and risking nerve damage. He is trying to help with my other foot that actually hurts. I'm 64 and overweight. But that was okay.. no condescending attitude as I have met before. The office personal could NOT. Have been nicer and apologized for having to answer a phone call while we were chatting. It's her job. Very nice and I'm going to give PT a try. Since there is no rush. The tendon slight tear may never hurt again. But then if it does I know I can get it fixed.. Fantastic experience.."
