"Anytime I have been to the urgent care here I get the run around from the office ladies... they either don't have a doctor for urgent care because they left early or not here yet. I am sorry but that's not my problem like they act like it is. And I would have liked to be informed before getting checked in. They tell you to wait on the side of the building but there is never parking because the employees park there. When I get checked in they aren't friendly and almost like we are doing them a problem by waiting to be called. This place is a joke. I have no problems when I go to tanner clinic or IHC. The front office staff really need to be trained on customer service."

"I have had to switch antibiotics due to them not working and having side effects. Dr. Wolf was very impatient with me and very rude. I woke up with pink eye yesterday and called multiple times to see if I could have eyedrops sent in or get seen again. After one of the front desk ladies told me it was being sent in around 3 pm, I waited and it hadn’t been sent in. I called again at 7pm for her to tell me “he put in the notes you need to be seen for evaluation” I got no call back stating I needed to be seen again and at this point, it was too late to be seen. I definitely won’t be going back here. I’ve had nothing but problems and the Dr did not seem to care about getting me better. Patients do not want to see a Dr that seems miserable doing their job and that’s exactly what I experienced."

"This rating of Dr Galbraith and the clinic are wholey separate. There's a reason for that. Make no mistake my dr gets the 5 stars. He's kind, friendly, relatable, patient, and compassionate. Which in this city is almost impossible to find. He's not a Dr that automatically assumes you're there for narcotics pain meds. Believes you when you say that you're not feeling well. Looks for alternatives to feeling better. Doesn't shove pills at you hoping you'll go away. Did I say compassionate?, well I'm joking. Having issues with mental health? He'll help you find a kind therapist and medications if you need them. Now the clinic is a completely different entity altogether. The front desk staff are rude borderline disinterested in customer service, support or even being kind. I will go as far as saying that disinterest and dirty looks go hand in hand. Billing is always off, do not use the qr code. I could go on but then it would turn into a novel. If you're looking for a primary care physician Dr Galbraith is a wonderful choice. Unfortunately ogden clinic comes with him. Just stay on your toes and do not expect great customer service from office staff."
