"I’m giving a 3 star because it would average out the counseling vs the billing department. The counselor we had was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately she had to stop counseling for health reason. The billing department gets a 1 star because they are absolutely out of their element. Trying to get them to bill the proper insurance agency, to the proper address was ridiculous. If you are ok with constant follow up for billing and don’t mind having to keep on them, then great. But if you get frustrated with having to constantly call or contact their billing to make sure they are doing everything right, then seek counseling elsewhere."
