"Great experience going through the Quick Books Online Certification. My instructors were fantastic! i just wish there was a faster way for me to have reached my instructors versus through email. It slowed me down a good deal having to wait for responses. the time difference definitely didn't help."
"Seems like a cash grab. Many errors in assignments, when you point them out, they are apathetic & offer no response. No Instructor to help guide you, though they offer an email address you can write to... SUPER SLOW to respond, and when (if) they do, they basically provide you with the correct answer rather explaining the "why." They should not be the "National Association" of anything. Unprofessional, & not quality education. Save your money and go to a community college."
"Deceptive advertising and unreliable course content. The Accounting fundamentals course I took was solid, but the payroll fundamentals course that I took was RIDDLED with mistakes. I uncovered several and there were several questions throughout where they gave you credit because there was an issue with it that someone else uncovered. No quality control prior to publishing for public sale. They refused to let me sit for the payroll exam before my textbook access expired even though I had more than the required cumulative score. All assignments were submitted, but they deemed some of them incomplete because they did not meet a minimum score that TO DATE they refuse to tell me, or publish on their website so people can make informed purchases. They roped me in with the fundamentals course, and took me for almost a grand. Steer clear. As a compromise I even offered to take a loss on the payroll course since I had accessed it if they would consider refunding the two courses that have yet to be accessed or even activated. They are courses they are actively selling on the site now. They refused. These certs aren’t even an industry requirement. Learn the fundamentals and look for an internship with a local firm. It will serve you better. These guys know exactly what their doing and made it clear throughout our interaction that they have no intention clarifying the requirements."
"they LIED about a 399 refund. got rid of my access. sent me 2 BS emails. chase didn't show any refund. also, i paid 508.95. i told them i couldn't find this "refund". sent me some random image that wasn't related to me me ata ll. this is because i complained it's too difficult and unfair that they don't offer partial credit. i can't complete these assignments. the instructor isn't helping much. assignments are too difficult and confusing. instructor is not providing much help. i had originally ordered quickbooks w/guide and it came w/a syllabus along w/ explanation that you have, at most,a year to pass exam. after i got done studying, it turned out they didn't have an exam for that. they let me use this other course ($499 for previous "course") for free. (additional fee for shipping) section reviews and quizzes are doable. however, their assignments .... i can only get partially done, but don't get credit or graded partially for it. they're mandatory"
"I paid for the Accounting Analyst License program, which includes 6 courses and cost around $2000, and I so far finished the accounting fundamental course and payroll course. I previously passed the accounting fundamental exam and am trying to receive exam link for the payroll exam set for tomorrow but still haven’t received the exam link on time, though still requesting with multiple emails. I have also completed many courses on Coursera, but the contrast between NACPB and Coursera is too clear. That is, NACPB courses provide zero interaction with anybody, the majority of calculation quizzes have wrong answers registered, no response to my emails ever, various software system issues such as my answers disappear whenever I credit first number and check “correct answers”, there are barely any explanations or hints to quizzes and when they rarely have hint or explanations, they are usually out of date or wrong math. NACPB is claiming as number one whatever, but my experience so far is absolute disaster. Coursera is 1000 times better in quality and 10 times cheaper."
