"Don't expect to ever get a phone call answered"
"Very rude staff, i called to ask something to the nurse (whom just go for about 3 hours to town once per week, and since now I live in California I cant to go their office) the person who is in charge of the front office left me hanging on the line for 20 min and hung up, and never answered my calls, I know they're schedules and I know she just didnt want to answer, what an inefficient person, shes there to make her work not to chose who to attend."
