"We just moved here over the weekend. My baby was so sick with a fever and wasn't sure where to go. I ended up going to the ER in town but was a little worried since we haven't been there. Doctor Blake Taylor and all the staff were so great. I couldn't have asked for better care for my baby."
"I don't like giving bad reviews especially when someone saves my life and for the most part I was really impressed with the hospital and the staff the hospital food it was awesome. The first night I had to stay they brought in my meds I asked the nurse what meds she told me exactly what All the pills were.this included musenex. I told her I couldn't take the musenex she removed the pill. I informed her I have had bad reaction to the product it's side effects and it's always gave me pneumonia not stopped it ! The next 2 nights they put the musenex pills back in and gave it another name and I took it because I didn't know that name . I didn't get any sleep my heart pounding and halucanating and My eyeballs feeling like they were turning to raisins so My advice is make sure you know what they are giving you and don't be afraid to tell them no I can't take that and make sure they don't sneak it in and call it something different"
"Visited this hospital to do some bloodwork. Receptionist and registration were not friendly. I got the stink eye and arrogant attitude from several ancillary staff members probably because my partner is ethnic/minority. Phlebotomist was nice though and was able to socialize to calm my nerves. More diversity is needed at this hospital."
"We just finished a visit to the ER with our toddler having breathing concerns. Parker, Laura, Alex and Dr Bryant all helped in different stages. Each were very kind and even though he was not feeling good, they were able to get smiles out of him while working with him. Dr Bryant took time to explain things to us. We felt validated in our concerns but have a clear idea on how to proceed. Thank you!"
"I recently had an outpatient procedure here and had the best experience! Everyone from check in to nursing staff and anesthesia were incredibly kind and caring and took the time to explain everything. Things were in place to make sure I was very comfortable and when I had breakthrough pain after my procedure, pain medication was quickly provided. It's the extra things like sending me home with a container of chicken noodle soup and receiving a card in the mail a few days later that was personally signed by each of my providers that really pushed my experience over the top! I am truly impressed and grateful...after having multiple surgeries in my life, this was by far the best care I've ever had!"
