"I have contacted Ms. Grady three different times, in three different ways, over the course of two weeks, requesting an appointment. I sent a message through her website, I called her and left a voicemail message and I emailed her directly at the email address listed on her website. She has never responded. If she's not accepting new patients, she could have sent a six word email response: "I am not accepting new patients." If she's on vacation, she could have enabled the automatic email response function to advise of that fact. Seems to show very poor communication skills and a lack of caring. Not good traits for a therapist."
