"Go get hooked on meth or heroine if you want help. They just told me that tobacco isn't a substance and when I asked if they provided rehabilitation for addiction problems they hung up on me."
"This address will navigate you to the home depot parking lot. The location is actually next to Boomer Kia. The staff was unsympathetic and rude. Did not listen to the situation, cut me off while talking, and when they realize they are wrong just roll their eyes with a "sorry" and walk off. Seems like working with clients that have issues cause them issues. Maybe some of their folks should go do a job they enjoy."
"I found the staff extremely helpful, giving of their time and energy, to see I got the help I needed. I have never seen such an amazing staff!! So loving, I could go talk to them about anything. Comprehensive staff that does so much for their clients, i was amazed how they went above and beyond for their clients... too many ways to name!!! I really loved our different classes throughout the day. Learning about something new to help me came easy with all the girls and the friendships I built were priceless, I'm still close friends with many I was in Jordan's Crossing with."
"I was a patient here I got drunk one day said I was going to kill myself and whined up in this place. The kinds of stuff I seen going on here was quite saddening. The patient that needed their medication they took off in made worse and then to counteract the problem that they created they would give them their own drugs that they preferred not knowing how it would affect the patient or not. I seen where they were rude to patients and they also gave shots in the butt for walking around and not wanting to just sit in a chair all day and watch TV. You did however get to go outside at least once a day several people had to ask before it was done. Three meals a day and snack was a good meal plan but as far as behavior and treatment of the staff to the patient's it was very much wrong and whenever you come in they tell you that you get to stay 3 days instead they make you stay at least 5 days to a week. The time that I the times that I was here I did not see where they were helping anybody they were just doping people up on their drugs if not doing it themselves and then moving them next door to griffin mental hospital."
