"The owner does not answer phone calls or return messages. No appointment for two months. If I was the owner I would post on my listing that you are not taking new clients. That would be better for the customers. This might be her only complaint, but it is a major complaint. I would hire someone to take calls and messages and that is better business practice!!"
"Just moved to this side of OKC and read reviews on groomers near me. She had the the best reviews so I took my babies to her. They came home cleaner/softer then I have ever seen them! My husband and I just couldn’t get over how soft they felt! These ladies where very responsive, VERY VERY nice AND my babies weren’t shaking, like they do, when I picked them up! Very pleased!
