"I scheduled a video session for my husband and me. Originally I requested the first session to be individual with just me. I was advised that this would not be the best decision to tell “my story” first and then bring my husband in for a couple session because he would feel attacked not having been included in the first session. So, I scheduled the session for us both. At time of session the video was not working for me. They could hear me but I could not hear them. I tried signing in over and over but it would not work. Tommye continued to session with my husband even though I was not able to hear and she had been advised through text. I asked after about 15 min to end the session as it was not working for me. I didn’t think it was right to continue the session with my husband when I had been advised up front against individual sessions. I was told by my husband thru text that she would be calling me in 20 minutes after session with him for 20 min. I again messaged her to end the session and she said she would but would have to charge me anyway. This is totally unacceptable! The time spent was approx 20 min and half of that time was trying to figure out why I couldn’t hear. Bottom line this was not a valuable session by any means! I emailed her about this and haven’t received a response. Do not go to these people it’s a waste of time and money!!"
