"They NEVER answer the phone. Never followed up after voicemail and it's been three weeks. There's no further care plan after evaluation. Never received the results from the evaluation. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism from an institution that has civil duties to be accounted for."

"First appointment via portal: Dr. Cynthia did an amazing job in addressing our concerns for my child and also bringing him into the discussion. Second visit in person: my sons eval went well. We were told the results would be in sometime at the beginning of Feb. Third appointment via portal: This appointment was missed due to me not checking my emails. We were not called to confirm or set up this appointment. We did not know of this appointment until the Dr. texted my cell. I was actually at a double ent appointment for my younger children and did not see the text till it was already missed. After the missed appointment I called to reschedule and was told the next available appointment would be the end of March, 5 whole weeks away.. luckily Dr. Cynthia was able to contact and push the result reading up. Over all the support from the doctors is amazing. We have no negative regards to our doctors. But appointments could be meet with phone calls or text messages reminders because some of us like me do not do well with emails only."

"It’s not the actual service we have a problem with. It’s the customer experience. After they neglected to contact our insurance like they were supposed to they told us we needed to pay $1100 or so. We did thinking that they had done their due diligence with our insurance. But we thought it was real high so we contacted our insurance ourselves. Found out that PSO never contacted them and that all we were supposed to owe was a small co pay. After WEEKS of asking PSO finally sent us a check back. But they hadn’t signed it. Now they need us to mail it back so they can sign it and then mail it back to us. 1. We payed digitally. Figure out how to refund people digitally. It’s 2022. You demand payment upon services rendered yet drag your feet on a refund when it’s your fault. With the state of the world you think our family doesn’t need $1100 in our bank account? I can wait weeks for that? Would you guys wait weeks for that personally? 2. Most people have insurance. We specifically have really good insurance. How would we not just be liable for just the co pay? You’re lazy. Figure it out. Have some conversations with your billing or front desk people. They’re slacking. 3. They did what we payed for. I won’t complain about the actual service rendered. That’s why you get three stars. Figure out the other stuff and you’re fine. Looks like I’m not the only one based on your google reviews."
