"Shut it down. Look if you have multiple people coming out about this place the only way I feel they should be able to keep open is to set up security cameras for observation. I would also impose a government security agency paid by this establishment to be able to stay open with another one for social services. Even just one should be enough to open for investigation for multiple accusations it is the responsibility of both the clients and state to act accordingly. Children's innocence should never be robbed from them without harsh consequences. To the owners, if you value what you do here, you would go through all the extremes to be the ones to make the changes and show your willingness to protect future clients. It is your responsibility to set the standard."
"The first thing I want to say is that I cannot believe this place is even still open when all the ratings are terrible and the mass amounts of people complaining of abuse. Places like this need to be shut down… it’s such a shame that not anyone in the state of utah is working to make legit changes. I’ve never attended this “school” before, but my heart breaks for everyone that has. If you are a parent with a child in any known to be abusive troubled teen program in utah, you need to call the police IMMEDIATELY. The staff at these programs will try and manipulate in thinking that your child is fine when they’re not. If you suspect something is wrong, it is. If I could i’d give this place a -100 star review."
"They do not care about child abuse they're neglectful to the children the staff tells the other children when somebody report something so there's retaliation. This is complete disgusting abuse of the children at this facility. I am in fear for my kids life at this place and I'm doing everything I can to get him out of here"
"Lost 3 teeth here was also abused by staff spent a year here from 2011-2012 was involved in around 10 fights spent lots of time in observation all the kids that were here during that period were hardened some should had been in juvenile hall there wasn't enough supervision or protection from violence from other kids or staff members and speaking out about anything would lead to punishment for my self as all of us kids were looked at and treated poorly I ended up not learning anything from this experience other then to lie as good as possible so that I could get out and that's what every kid here learns to do is to hide their feelings and live life in a lie and pretend to be mentally sound hiding all the emotions we face from the facility in a an off-shot chance of being released this place is terrible and shouldn't be an accredited facility/ I now am 28 years old and am a successful business owner of a surf company and home restoration company locally in orange county California my company also currently manages 10 after school facilities as a vendor for maintenance solutions. I get to be reminded of this place everyday when I look in the mirror and smile."
"I am shocked that this evil institution is still running. Back in 2011 when I was 15 I was legally kidnapped and forced to come to PCS, and it was the most traumatic experience of my life. The staff was verbally and physically abusive to me and other students. I am now 30 and still have PTSD from my time here. If you love your children, don't even CONSIDER this place. It will do significant damage!"
