"They do not offer assistance anytime after 4:45 it seems. Even thought they close at 5. Very frustrating. EDIT: Ended up going to the CareNow Cinic in Orem for my drug screening. As long as you’re in the building by their closing time they get you taken care of. Which is how it should be."

"Being injured is a pain, but these guys made the process much easier and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else. If I get injured again, I would definitely want to be taken care of these guys as it made the process much more durable and quicker."

"I went to WorkMed Springville for a D.O.T. exam. The front desk guy (Craig) was a jerk. He was rude, and disrespectful. I had an appointment but had to wait. Jeremey took my vitals and was very professional and respectful I was examined by the Nurse Practioner. She was very professional and kind. I was given my paperwork to take to DMV....DMV found that WorkMed had put the incorrect National Registry Number on the form. I took it back to WorkMed to get it corrected. Craig told me that it was unlikely that WorkMed had made a mistake and that it was most likely a mistake on the part of DMV. After 10 minute wait he called my name and said "It has been corrected". I looked at him waiting for an apology or explanation. He looked at me and asked "What?". I mentioned that I had made extra trips and lost time due to this error and he snapped "well you have it now what do you want?". There is NEVER a justification for disrespectful/rude treatment of new patients who come expecting to be treated with common courtesy . My compliments to the staff in the back office once getting past Craig."

"I don't get some of these reviews. I've been to this location at least six times in two years. They are always professional and courteous. As with any medical facility, if you're waiting it's because someone else requires immediate attention. Trust me. You will receive the same Carr when it's your time."
