"Pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service. Waited in pharmacy drive thru for 45 min. I was the last car in line and just waiting to pick up a filled Prescription. The employee saw me pull up and was shutting the blinds because it was lunchtime. I told her I’d been waiting 45 min and she shook her head and closed the blinds anyway. I went inside to complain and the store manager was out of town however the acting manager told me I should call and complain. He said the pharmacy employees were temp employees floating and were typically rude to customers and hard to work with. He said the employee who was rude to me, is rude to others as well and he had already had several complaints. I will never return to this pharmacy and will not use CVS in the future. Can not believe how poorly I was treated!!!"
