"Brooke is a not only a wonderful therapist but person as well. She helped a loved one of mine that was battling depression during the lock-down. Brooke was professional, caring and made a huge difference in their life. I would highly recommend her! She genuinely cares & is one of a kind!"
"Do not come here unless you don’t value your personal info. My dad and I had separate appointments set here, and we were vaguely told we need to fill out documents 48 hours before the visit. No email was sent with the info. We had to ASK for a Patient Ally link, which is where the red flags start. My dad and I each made our OWN accounts, completely different information on each one. Verification codes didn’t work and sent to phone numbers that weren’t on our accounts. I successfully make mine first, again exclusively all my info, and go to the document section for PA. For some reason ALL of my dad’s documents from his old psychiatrist are in my brand new profile. Private info in there includes his entire credit card number, social security, mental health forums. All plain text, easy to skim and copy if I were not the right person. Convince me that our information isn’t where it shouldn’t be. Do not come here."
"What a group of kind and generous, well-informed professionals determined to do the good work of coming alongside us as we navigate our hearts and this world. Thankful to find such a welcoming, caring and competent practice excelling in supporting both men and women. Thank you, W Collective, for your amazing, thoughtful care."
"I wish I could leave 0 stars. I want you all to know that this is not the place to go for any kind of help. Peyton does not have a receptionist, so no one will ever pick up your calls. More than that, your voicemails will not be responded to with anything other than an overdue and unhelpful text. My partner only had an initial appointment with Peyton to continue the medication they've been on for years. Peyton promised refills on all prescriptions, since after moving across the country, we've been out of medicine. Then, she proceeded to deny every refill at the pharmacy after the first month's supply was picked up. How should 1-month supply of medication last for 3 months? Moreover, how can you claim to have addressed the situation by calling and leaving messages multiple times, when there is no history of any missed calls or voicemails, and only one message in which you repeatedly misgendered your client? Zero communication and false claims are not something to be proud of. Brooke Peyton is clearly someone who does not understand mental health and does not care about those struggling. I urge anyone considering her practice to go to your general practitioner, therapist, or any other psychiatrist, all of whom will be able to do the bare minimum that Peyton has failed to do. Do not waste your time and worsen the struggles you are dealing with by reaching out to her for help."
"I am new to the OKC area and went to Brooke Thompson Peyton to get my medications refilled and to get continued care. However, I am extremely upset at my experience. While saying that she would give me a 3-month supply on current meds PLUS a new medication she insisted I take, I got to the pharmacy and the order had been called in wrong. Not only that, but she denied a 3 months supply of my current medication. Not sure how I'm supposed to make 30 days of meds last 3 months when she isn't picking up her phone either."
