"I took my sick cat to this vet for a second opinion on the surgery he needs, and frankly I was hoping for a less expensive option. The vet seemed thorough and caring, and their estimate for the surgery was nearly half of my regular VCA vet's estimate. I really can't afford my normal vet. I have no real complaints or problems with my normal vet other than the cost there. I'm switching to Town& Country Veterinary Hospital because it's much more affordable, and so far it seems like the same good quality of care. I'll be booking the surgery here, and I've already booked my other cat for a visit here. The office isn't as nice as other animal hospitals, but I get the feeling that at other places, you are really paying for their nice office in addition to the animal care. The doctor was great at answering all my questions, thorough in checking my cat, and made what seems like reasonable recommendations for moving forward. He and all of the office staff were exceptionally nice, professional, and caring. They were running on time, hardly a few minutes wait time even though I was a few minutes late getting there. which they were ok with. I just text them to let them know. I love that you can communicate with them via text message and they are very responsive every time. They even carried my pet carrier for me to my car since I have an arm in a sling. I will give them a 5 star review."
