"I’m extremely happy I went here for my cats dental procedure. Price is high, but you are going to get that everywhere especially for dental. They took care of my cat Kiki. The front receptionist girl I think her name is Hannah? She was compassionate and when I called wondering for an update she told me I could call as many times as I needed. Everyone answered all my questions, especially the doctor and the staff when I dropped her off. When I picked her up they made it a smooth transition with letting me putting her in her carrier due to her fighting. This shows they always do what’s best for the patient. They are very thorough going over any information I needed. I also got a text message checking in on Kiki. Thank you!"

"I can't speak highly enough of this place! 2 pets apparently collaborated and decided it'd be great to have emergencies within a few weeks of eachother. They were not only able to squeeze us in (with an ER fee, yes, but a reasonable one!), the follow up care has been absolutely wonderful. We're so grateful!"

"We brought in our puppy Gemma yesterday for her shots and a wellness exam. Dr. Ryle was very thorough in examining all of her body systems, and answered all of our questions. Dr. Ryle took the time to tell us about potential side effects and adverse effects of the vaccinations and told us when we should come back in, as well as some local 24/7 places if they were closed. The team was so nice and great with our puppy! They also sent us home with a bag of nice quality puppy food, pet insurance information, collapsable water bowl, detailed instructions, and a poop bag holder for her leash. "Dr. Mott is my hero. I've been going to this VCA since I moved a few years ago. All the staff is so so kind with all my relentless questions to keep my fur babies healthy. Recently, my angel, Peaches, was just diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Mott has made the scary process of getting Peaches insulin regulated and getting comfortable with everything so easy. I've also done multiple teeth cleanings here and I'm always nervous about those since my dogs have to be put under to do it, but it's always gone so smoothly and quickly.
