"I’ve been bringing my pets here for almost 9 years now. I trust their team endlessly. Awesome pricing, compassionate staff, and have always left me feeling relieved that I saw them. I’ve switched and gone to different veterinary clinics that are closer to me before, but every time I leave West Lake I ask myself “why didn’t I just come here in the first place?” The last time we were in, it was for a second opinion. I’m very pleased with how the appointment went. Super short wait time, and when the doctor examined my dog I was able to get straightforward answers and ask questions without feeling like I was wasting the staff’s time. I love the staff at West Lake!"
