"They are the friendliest and most caring vet staff I have ever met. When we had to put my cat Nines down, Dr. Decker and staff treated both Nines and us in the kindest, most respectful way. Then a few days later we got a 'Thinking of You' card with a hand written note inside. I've never gotten a card from a vet before and it was such a thoughtful thing to do! We will be forever grateful to them. "

The staff was very kind and nice as my family was grieving and even went on to send a card. Called within 2 weeks so we could pick up our Thors ashes. "Our baby, Luloo woke up with a heavy nose bleed out of nowhere. My wife was in a panic due to the huge amount of blood coming from her nose. We could not stop it and after many soaked towels we were able to get her to NOAH as it was the closest vet to us. Never having been there my wife ran in frantically and was met with a truly concerned and compassionate staff who rushed out quickly to care for our Luloo. They took her back immediately and within minutes a staff member came to inform us of what was happening. They were able to slow how the bleeding and ran a multitude of tests which unfortunately came back with a cancer diagnosis. Not what we were expecting but the professional and compassionate way the handled Luloo plus the frequency on the information and updates was amazing. They really do care for their patients as well as pet parents. We now have our baby home and are giving here lots of care. They even recommended a Chinese herb instead of a prescription which we thought was a great option and is working fantastically. We believe everyone went way above their duties and will continue to bring our furbabies here. Thank you to Jeff Stoker, DVM and all the staff on duty. You rock!"

"Used to like them but then had a horrible experience today. We called to get our son’s cat spayed. They told us on the phone it would be $175 so we scheduled the surgery. Went in this morning to drop her off and now the cost is over $375?!?! I understand a little change in price but come on that’s a bit ridiculous. We called multiple places getting prices and chose NOAH. They ended up being the most expensive. Then the tech said “that’s why we want a pre op appointment because the people upfront don’t understand pricing” ok so you literally just told me how much it is so go tell them. Then they would know how to give more accurate quotes!! They will not be getting our business anytime soon."
