"My stylist was amazing. She did a treatment on my hair then a trim. It was perfect just the way she did it. THEN, an instructor came to check it. It was already even. I did not want it short. I made it clear to my stylist and she understood. The instructor grabbed the scissors and pulled my hair so aggressively. It yanked out some of my hair. My scalp is sensitive. I heard the snips slowly getting higher and higher. I panicked and looked in the mirror. My hair was now chin length. Never again will I be going here."

She’s a legend with color and gives excellent men’s cuts, too - my husband, son, and three in-laws go to her regularly. I’m always impressed with the atmosphere at The Forum and much prefer it to Evans or any other local hair school that I’ve attended. Just a heads up, if you want to tip these girls (and you should! And you can - prices are so affordable), you’ll need to bring cash or Venmo."
