"I love shopping at the Sundance Outlet store in Sugarhouse and have been a long time customer. However, I have had two encounters in the last month with a certain sales woman (older, middle aged with blondish hair) who works at the jewelry counter. Her attitude is not customer oriented and she acts as if she is being bothered when she finally gets around to assisting someone. This was not only with me but also an observation of her conduct with others as well, while standing in line to be helped. A simple smile, and an “I’ll be right with you”, would go a long way. She is rude and ungracious. And I’ve witnessed her being especially rude to people of color. Shameful. Not a good look, Sundance. I’ve not seen any other employee act in this manner in all the times I’ve visited the store."

"My 87 year old mother has been a loyal shopper and catalogue collector of Sundance. She was delighted to hear I could walk to the outlet store. Unfortunately, after purchasing a pair of shoes for my birthday that I love but were too small I had to walk down to the UPS store to wait in line to return them for over ten minutes. The return policy is unfortunate and being able to return in person should be an option with what technology is these days. I would have loved to have a pair of the shoes but chose to have the money refunded to my mother’s card. $17.95 in shipping and then a $7.95 “return fee” - give me a break. I would have much rather spent my time and money in the store. As a new home owner, I would have been a valuable customer. Now, I’ll never be back. The people in the store are pleasant enough but that doesn’t go far when their customer service policies don’t serve the customer."

"Cool eclectic store with tons of merchandise that has that Utah and Mountain West feel. Visited for the first time and my girlfriend was immediately hooked. She had to come several times later. There were great discounts and deals. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is really great and parking is convenient. Check this store out for sure. I recommend."
