"I have been using Century off and on for years. Over the past six months I began ordering more often. The Gameness gis they offer are top notch and reasonably priced. Their turnaround was amazing and all orders were correct. However one month ago, they updated their internal software system. Since then I have had nothing but issues. Incomplete orders, cancelled orders (without notification, duplicate charges, etc. For one order, I sent five emails and left three voicemails with no responses. I finally waited on hold for an hour to speak to someone. The rep tried hard to help me but his hands were tied. He attempted to overnight the remaining portion of an order. Here we are four days later and still have not received it. No confidence in their company or brand. 3/9/24 UPDATE. I have recently gone back to purchasing online from Century and have had good luck. I made an order and received product in less than 24 hours. I have not called and ordered again but have been purchasing online and had success. Thus I rescind my last negative review and thank you Century for your prompt online service."

My package was in tact, delivered in a timely manner, and when I opened up my package to look at the custom embroidery I was amazed at the work that was done it was very good. I would definitely refer anyone to this company. The custom work was very professional and the customer service was very helpful, polite, and nice. They knew what they were doing. "Waiting on gee for my daughter , was to be deliver overnight and still waiting , the competition is on Sunday. We ordered it on Monday. Sept 11. 2023. Told it would be delivered by Friday, then told problem with size when I chk on Wednesday and canceled to reordering new size do to size 3 no longer in stock. The lady was great and help me re-create a new invoice but today is Sat ? Need to still sent out to cleaner to starch prior to competition"

"***Update, the response to this review is not true. I spoke with both my representative and a customer service representative about the shipping cost issue. I was told by both of them, shipping is shipping and that Century only uses FedEx and there is no other choice for shipping. If what the responder said it true, than they need to make sure the people representing this company are educated in this matter. I understand shipping rates correlate with amount spent. However when I spent the same amount of money for an order with a competitor, my shipping cost was half of what I was charged with Century and the item was larger and traveled a longer distance to get to me.*** Love the neoprene quick wraps. They fit smaller hands and they are not too bulky. My issue, is Century uses FedEx exclusively for shipping. The cost to ship my quick wraps is over $50 vs the $24.95 I just paid to ship 20 boxing gloves from Title. Century, you really need to renegotiate your shipping company. I almost didn't place my order because of the shipping cost. I am paying more money to ship a much smaller order than from your competitor."
